No, other than it being a red leaved ornamental cherry. I’m pleased someone thought to plant such a pretty tree in a good spot. We inherited some lovely things in the garden, very occasioanally we unearth an old label, otherwise we enjoy guessing what the story might have been.

Me too, so much is geared towards summer. Unpredictable weather is a growing concern – surely, it must be a burden for trees and plants too?
