They are exquisite. The sun really catches the tiger trim.

I do like iris sibirica they are such easy well behaved plants. We could do with a couple of tropical nights.

How true, Brian, the nighttime temperatures are still quite low here and there’s been some late frost damage. Hope your garden is faring well.

Gorgeous. I admired this in a friend’s garden the other day and was surprised how tall it was. Does it grower taller than other Iris siberica?

Yes, TN is a tall one so useful for showing its head and shoulders above this interplanting (here with stipa gigantea). I’ve an unknown purple one in the garden which is darker and a bit taller – maybe close to species?
